Overview

In 2019, Dan Carr used the original Thomas Elder dies for the 1909 Money Talks token to create a number of restrikes. 10 were done in 24K gold with both original dies and the counterstamps “JD”, “DC” and “24K”. These were not made for sale on the DC-Coin.com website. Additionally, a number of others were done with a new Thomas Elder portrait die created by Dan.
